About Tim Lehman
Tim Lehman has served as President and CEO of Time of Grace Ministry since June 2012. His responsibilities include ensuring we stay true to our vision/mission, overseeing the business aspects of the ministry, shaping the strategic direction and creating a culture where team members grow personally and professionally. Prior to joining Time of Grace, he was a member of the Executive Management Team at Thrivent Financial for Lutherans (3 years) and at Kimberly-Clark Corporation (11 years in executive-level roles and 11 in marketing). He serves as president of the Fox Valley Lutheran High School Board of Regents, is vice-chair of the Lutheran Community Foundation and is a member of the leadership team at his home congregation, Immanuel, Greenville, WI. Tim and his wife Polly have two married adult daughters and two grandchildren.
About Matt Burow
Matt Burow is the Owner and President of the Catalyst Construction located in Milwaukee and Appleton WI. Over the past 10 years, Catalyst has grown to be the largest church and private school builder in the state of Wisconsin. In 2013 alone, they worked with 19 mission based organizations. As part of that work, they assisted in managing over 19,000 volunteer hours.
